How do u break up with the person you consider to be the best chick in the world?? All indirect attempts have failed miserably. Come to think of it, what do men (some men) really want from women? Why would i want to end it with the loveliest mama i've met in a long time? She's all that but i still want out? Though i know i'll kick myself in the nuts some time in the future for forsaking her.

This is one of those things women find impossible to understand [it isn't entirely rational actually]. And why they are permanently suspicious of men-folk.
I think being with someone for an extended period of time is a conscious decision one has to make and constantly remind himself of when the urge to run strikes.
The urge to run is instinctive. Even after chasing for, uhm, let's say a month, after another two months of catching those things, that's about it. As was said in 2 and a half men in some episode, I paraphrase but it went something like 'show me a gorgeous woman and I'll show you a guy who is tired of talking to her just for the sex'.
How to break up? Just act natural. And by natural, act bored. She'll catch on. They usually do. Bloodhounds. They'll smell it from miles away. First inkling.
Why assume you are calling the shots?
Turn on the radio, any station ... Maybe she's gone already

In case of doubt do nothing.
If you really want out you will always find an excuse not to see her. Pretty easy with your frequent trips.
