Beating myself
did 1.53 today new personal best. Surprised myself with 1.54 a few weeks back and blamed it on running at sea level.
Blame today's it on Kamikaze's Dodgeball and Torn.
Kamikaze you need to find your way back to the kitchen and do new stuff.
